What is the Senior Ambassador Program?

Are you wrapping up your sophomore year or are you a junior in high school? Are you already thinking about your senior year? Are you a highly motivated and outgoing individual who likes free stuff? If you answered "yes" to these questions then this might be the program for you! A Senior Ambassador is a highly motivated and outgoing individual who will act as a rep for Megan Schnaebele Photography. The job of the Ambassador is to share and market their experience to bring in Senior Portrait referrals. Friends, fellow classmates, family members- tell them all! An initial mini session will be held as soon as September of your Junior year but no later than June 15th of the summer prior to your Senior year. The earlier the better! Together we will select two images that you wish to use for marketing. Ambassadors will receive marketing tools such as digital fliers and personalized QR codes for easy sharing. Additional mini sessions, including Ambassador team sessions, may be requested throughout your journey. Team building is a great exercise to help everyone achieve their goals! Ambassadors will receive points for each booked referral. More booked referrals = more points = more rewards! Points can be exchanged for goods and services following the guidelines below. In addition, Ambassadors that reach six booked referrals will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card! Receive an additional entry for each referral there after. Interested? Ambassador Rewards

Each booked referral earns the Ambassador 1 point. Below is a breakdown of rewards and required points.

• $25 Credit for prints and specialty products through my web-store (2 points)
• $50 Credit for prints and specialty products through my web-store (3 points)
• Cap & Gown Mini Portrait Session (includes release of 10 digital images) (4 points)
• Full Senior Portrait Session (includes release of 25 digital images), entry into $100 drawing (6 points)
• Full Senior Portrait Session with Hair and Make-up Services, (3) entries into $100 drawing (8 points)
• Full Senior Portrait Session, Custom Invitation or Announcement, $50 print credit, (3) entries into $100 drawing (8 points)
• Full Senior Portrait Session, Custom Invitation or Announcement, $50 print credit AND $25 visa gift card, (5) entries into $100 drawing (10 points)

Parents

Senior year can come with quite the price tag. On top of the usual school and extra curricular registration fees, there are fees for exams, college applications, graduation, prom, senior portraits and so much more! Might feel like you can't catch a break? Well let's remove senior portraits from that list of expenses WITHOUT removing that experience from your Senior! As part of the Senior Ambassador Program, your Senior will have the opportunity to receive a full Senior Portrait experience at no cost to you! It is important to me that parents are involved in the decision making when becoming an Ambassador and are encouraged to participate when available. Attend sessions, select photos and help spread the word!
